Gary M. Clarke,
President, CEO
Gary Clarke has a proven track record of leading
technology companies through high-growth phases and most
recently served as general manager of Olive Software.
Previously he held senior positions at category leading
firms, including Amazon Kindle, Vignette and Netscape
Communications. Mr. Clarke also served as a consultant
in the launch of Wolfram|Alpha, the world's first
computational knowledge engine.
Mr. Clarke earned a PMD from Harvard
Business School. He also graduated from the College of
Charleston with a BS in Sociology. Mr. Clarke served
honorably in the US Army as a member of Army Special
Operations.
Mark Ott, Vice President Finance
Over 25 years experience leading the finance function of
large multi-national companies with a specialty in
mergers and acquisitions.

Cabletron Systems, Inc. Mr. Ott received his BS from the
University of Pittsburgh with a major in Mathematics and

of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Charles W. Krueger, Vice President
of Research and Product Development
His R&D efforts at Hy9 have resulted in 8 issued patents
and several others in development with the U.S. Patent
Office, a number of other inventions, and valuable
know-how. Dr. Krueger earned his B.S. in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and he
received his M.S., (CEP) and Ph.D. (ChE) from M.I.T.
George Roberts, Vice
President of Engineering
Over 15 years of experience in new
product and manufacturing process development for
complex mechanical and electrochemical systems. Manager,
Component Development Engineering at UTC Power
responsible for developing technical solutions to reduce
cost of key components in automotive and stationary fuel
cell power plants. Product development engineer at W.L.
Gore and Associates for fluoropolymer based products.
George holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from
Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
R. Todd Bombard, Vice President of
Operations
Project Manager for project start-up and
commercialization of gas diffusion electrodes and
industrial electrochemical processes for E-TEK, Inc.
Member of R&D group, developing fuel cells, electrolytic
gas generators, electrochemical sensors and related
products for Giner, Inc. Todd earned B.S., Chemical
Engineering, Northeastern University.
